At Eleven Guest House we have two rooms, which have characteristic Victorian features with a modern twist.

The Deluxe Room

Comprises of a large double room with en-suite facilities including a luxurious Jacuzzi bath. Features of the room include original floor boards, an open Victorian fire place and a large bay window with window seat and view towards Pannett park. A king size bed, wardrobe and leather sofa further enhance the room.

The Luxury Room

Consists of a double bed, original floor boards, wardrobe cupboard, additional seating and its own separate bespoke antique spacious luxury bathroom with original cast iron claw bath and a separate walk in shower.

Both rooms in addition have the following:
