Payment/Deposits – Payments can be made by cash or debit/credit card. Deposit equal to the cost of the first night’s stay is payable at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations of less than 3 days notice, and non-arrivals will be charged the equivalent to one night’s accommodation at the rate at which the reservation was made. We may reduce this amount if we are able to let your room at short notice. A receipt will be forwarded to you.

Arrival – Rooms are available from 3.00pm.

Departure – Please vacate your room by 11.00am.

Children – We welcome children who are responsible to accommodate a room by themselves – due to not having family rooms.

Liability – We do not accept responsibility for any items or articles that you bring onto the premises.

Smoking – We operate a no smoking policy within the building and garden. We appreciate your co-operation with this policy.

Parking – We have space for two cars on our car park. It may be possible to leave your car on the day of departure however this must be agreed with us in advance.

Cars – Are parked at the owner’s risk.

Wifi – Is provided subject to range free of charge via a secure local area network. Eleven Guest House is not responsible for the security or loss of your data.

Pets – We are not able to accept pets.

Special diets – Please let us know prior to your arrival of any special dietary requirements you may have.
